Son of Arthur Beare, William trained as a makerwith Marc Laberte in Mirecourt in the late 1920s before joining the Beare firm in 1929. He took over the ruing of the busine after his father\'s death.
Owned a factory line of itruments called Fawick Corp. It began in the 1940s and employed workers from Hellier in France, where the itruments were carved and prepared for aembly. The pieces were then aembled at Scherl & Roth.
